To me the subject here is the water with the boat and the rocks in front and I like that. I think it would have been better if you would have shown even more of that and less sky. Maybee if you use the rule of thirds?
You could view it the opposite way and say the sky is the subject. Like the colour of the sky (could try a little more saturation) and the cloud formation with the boat and rocks a contrast. Like the overall tone, and how the rock mountain thing breaks up the horizon.
