Foreground figures blurred deliberately and naturally due to a 4 second exposure. Personally I don't mind the slight lean on the tower as it closes in the composition a bit. Only mod to this was the conversion to black and white.
Looks great Gav. You would expect vertical convergence with a shot like this. It can be corrected but I agree with you here, I think it adds to this photo. Its very much down to personal taste. And looks great in b/w.
Love the sense of movement. Border probably accentuates the tower, but I still love it.
