I really like that, i like the offset of the leaf. One thing, the one below it i would have ripped of ruining nature for my shot, would look better with just a single leaf. Please take a lot at my shots, i'm uploading one per week.
Hi Radi, uhmmm... the idea is really good... isolating the subject with the wood textures... exposure fine, lighting and tonal range fine... but final result... a little bit boring. How to improve results?, just changing the cropping.... this photograph would really benefit of a more rectangular framing. Just crop a little bit from top and bottom (you could cut the slightly red leaf that appears in the bottom part -it's distracting-) and you'll get it!.
