they look like waterskaters(boatman the insects)the photo is a little flat and dark. however is a nice scene, can't help thinking the composition could have been slightly better too although it is ok.
Thanks for comment Potto much appreciated , have been experimenting with pushing through the darker tones but I think I will have to be a bit more selective about which images I chose to experiment on.'There is no point pressing the shutter unless you are making some caustic comment on the incongruities of life.
