I agree with gazmaster here except the blue filled edge of the iris is a little too sharp. Feathering the selection would have helped.I particulary like the window catchlight aswell.
mark, i took your advice and did some feathering, but to ME it doesnt look that diofferent. what radius do you use?? i used 10 and didnt get much change. still looks quite harsh.
