nice textures and colours but not quite sharp. would benefit from unsharpe mask and a bit of dodging and burning on P.Shop to bring out detail on door,windows and on plaster, and give more highlight and depth to colours to bring it to life
Nice little tableau. Definitely needs some PS work - sharpening, leveling, and I might clone out the street sign at top left.

I like it although I agree that a little judicious cropping would help. I might crop out the partial window at the right as well as the piece of street sign. However I wouldn't do a whole lot to it otherwise.
