You have a beautifully composed photo here, but it seems really "noisy".
For composition and creativity I'd give you 8 or 9, but technically the noise really spoils the soft colours and mood of this shot. Focus seems a little out also.
I like what you have tried to do here, keep it up.
The 'noise' is definately intentional...I'm not a purist at all, (nothing against it) but like to make image look entirely different than what appears in viewfinder...camera is just a tool.
