This has so much going for it - love the lines of the swans, but it's too tightly cropped at right. The bottom swan looks as though its trying to bang its way out of the frame ... and there's that little blob of white.

You're right dp it it would have been a mistake to crop so tight to its beak ,but i didn't, all the cropping was done from the left.I'd had this image lingering around for ages and hadn;t used it because of the closeness of the head to the frames edge.Ithought i'd try to crop heavily from the left so that the focus is on the curvature and shape created by the swans necks,I think it did help,but its still irritating isn;t it? Think the white blob is a feather .

But Jogi, this image would just have black to the right of his beak so you could easily add to the right side of the image to get the crop you want. I sometimes do that using the clone tool in photoshop, but in this case you could probabley paint bucket it into a new layer and just blend with the eraser to make sure of a smooth blend.
