Very nice, he oozes confidence, but you should crop it to get rid of the woman on the right - she takes attention away from him and I don't think he'd like that! It needs sharpening (the Z1 does produce soft pictures). Terrific portrait, though.http://janpudney.net/ http://jaypea.redbubble.com/
Personally, I think the background adds to the story behind the shot so I'd leave it in. Nicely composed, but agreed that it is a little soft - nothing that couldn't be sorted out in PS though with a little sharpening.
