Technically a great shot but I find my eyes wandering looking for something to focus on.
There seems to be no real focul point to this image, someonr leaning out the wide open top window or something like that to focus on would add a new dimension to this image and make it something special.
But then you might get done for trespassing in this case.
thanks for taking time to find some improvements. somebody looking out of the top window is a good idea. maybe i'll give it a try and take the shot again.
