outstanding. beautiful exposure, and sharpness. Smile.
-ves ('cause I know you want them) the branch going throu the side of his head, the background in general is nice but too buzy, the left eye is slighty in shadow
All these items are easy to fix with a bit of PS. Great image.

If you go back, try to catch one with some light in the eyes, they're usually beautifull.

I'm touched by your comments. Gives me heart to go out and do more. This photo means a lot to me because the Barn Owl is now endangered due to the disappearing farmlands and wild spaces that have been replaced by housing developments.
