Surely,you mean Ganymede? Why do astronomers repeatedly use greek mythological figures? The hat intrigues me...it seems to be similar to Persian helms worn by Zoroastrian types.

You're right Nigel I did mean Ganymede and I'm changinging it now. I just copied it of the placard (though obviously not very accurately).

I like the lighting and the short field of depth. Light and field of depth put a focus on the face and the eagle's head. Very nice - I have to check out this sculpture next time I'm at the MIA.

Thanks, Sfaerber. I want to get back there soon. I didn't have much film left in my camera at the time so I only got a few shots.
