Boring comp and sky, overcontrasted. Already two nine's, well paid...
* Replace the sky (easy to select)
* lower the contrast or lighten the very dark area
* crop differently (e.g. remove the right part)
I know you plan to get two tens and one seven
I have to say that I quite like the right part of the image, as the water and shadow are quite important to the image as a whole. I'll admit that I'm not particularly keen on that bit of sky just to the right of the tower though.

I realy like this photo. The light and shadow brings great contrasts. I like the graduation in the colour of the sky to the left of the pic but not so fussed with the right side. The right side shadow is too large and i agree that it does need to be cropped a tad.
