Situated at the top of Middleton Incline on the High Peak Trail is the restored Middleton Top Engine House, which was built in 1829. In the past it was used to haul wagons up the incline,The engine house hauled wagons up Middleton Incline, a distance of 708 yards and gradient of 1 in 8.5, for 134 years before retirement in 1963.
Cheers all, In camera settings all turned off, low contrast, sharpening etc, post work mainly a bit of an S curve and a tweak with levels, followed by saving for web and a sharpen. Helps to get it right in camera first, also when downloaded to pc things tend to look a bit flat and lifeless with everything turned off so you have to be able to see throught that.Hth
