Thanks Tombob, thanks Potto! Yes the background photo is the train just pulling into the station, and I superimposed the other one ('metro' in my gallery, but without the effects) on top and realigned it. As I took the photos from different angles, I was lucky that they lined up so well. Next time, I'll take a tripod!
Why don't you like living in Paris Tophee? I love it, and can't wait to go back. (I was living in the 6th arrondissement though!) Smile

Why living in Paris when one can live in London? Paris is very good to visit, but to live and work in London.

The girls are prettier, the buildings are cleaner, and in the nice areas, the people are better behaved and dressed. The beer is more expensive, so you don't get so many drunks on the street and they don't scream at you if you exercise your right to smoke. Oh... and in France, I'm a foreigner, so even more girls swarm to me, and I love winding up the French rugby fans about who won the world cup! Smile

I love London too, but I feel safer in Paris.

I've lived almost as long in London than I did in paris. In Paris I have been broken into twice, my car got stolen, my bike got stolen; my jacket was stolen in a restaurant and I have been asaulted in the street ( with one of my mate needing hospital treatment). None of that ever happen to me in London.

In london it is easy to get a job/flat/life etc.

As for girls, well, i met my wife in London.

But your right about the drunks on the streets.

Ah. Most of that has happened to me in London and other parts of England, but never in Paris. Could happen anywhere! Smile
As for jobs... I wish I could find one!
