The steam faire held at Nostell Priory, Yorkshire on the weekend of 27 May 2006 was indeed an event that took everyone present back to a past that is quite alien to us in our electronic world. Steam engines of old took centre stage among vintage automobiles and steam powered organs.
What a wonderful piece of working machinary, and a great sepia toned photo,like it .My eyes kept being drawn to the steam coming out the top of the blokes head but thats just unfortuanate ,still an enjoyable photo.'There is no point pressing the shutter unless you are making some caustic comment on the incongruities of life.
