I couldn't resist posting this one focused or not. This little mocking bird spent the day in my backyard squawking and jumping around every time his mother came near to feed him. I spotted him taking a quick nap in between feedings.

Thanks, Steve, Bridget and Ken. I did try to move in closer for a better shot, but he woke right up when he heard me. (I flunked Stealth 101 lol). I appreciate you all looking at it. I love watching and learning about wildlife, I hope my skills improve.

Thanks for commenting Oly_M. I've never seen this either, but at the same time, I've never spent this much time watching birds before. They are just like any other baby that needs lots of sleep.
