Great-tailed Grackle

I spotted a pair of them feeding a baby grackle. This was taken on the shore of Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side.

lovely composition, colours on the back and feathers unfortunately lost detail in the black area around the face but the eye is bright. nice.

Amanda, this has just popped up on Random.....what a beautiful looking bird...love his irridescent feathers.....and you have captured him perfectly....we don't have them down here, he's a little beauty! Smile
