I like BW a lot, and used to do it often when I was using a film SLR, But I haven't find a way to convert a colour digital picture to Black and white in a way that suits me.
the chanell mixer.... then the levels box...and before the levels ..the magnetic lasso and then use the levels on both land and sky..have a go Tophee...and as Chris says all hail the mighty photoshop.
