I dont think this would be great in B&W and I will explane why:
1.This picture has great colors, (I think that B&W is for those pictures who dont have beautiful colors and tones, Except portraits.
2.If its going to be B&W I think that sun is going to blur with sky. Because the difference of colors would be not very big.
