Not sure about the general comp - seems to lack balance. I think for this every thing needs to be sharp so f22 is a necessity.
Yes, you are right it should have been stopped down. Can't use the excuse of being in a rush though! Just a little careless. How do you think it could be balanced better? Any comments welcome. The flower was in a small vase with a white card as background. As simple as that. It isn't a scan. Straight out of the camera with hardly any work in photoshop.
