Thanks Chris, did think about cloning that out, but this is something that occurs naturaly with dragonfly eyes, I think it's something to do with the individual light sensors that make up the eye( 300,000 of them). They seem to throw up these refections sometimes completely hexagonal! To remove it would be like taking the catchlight out of an animal or birds eye!......Steve
