I heartily agree, the tone works for this shot. It's like looking at one of those old picture books of famous European photographers. I guess the only thing is wish is if the non-reflected sky could have a little of the subtle toning that's caught in the reflection.--Chris

Thanks everyone for the note and comments.

Sweetxx, first I hope you did not take offence of my comment, I was only trying to help.
About you camera, i had a quick look and the sony p200 that you have seems to be like an excellent camera, with lots of scene mode and full manual mode. this is perfect to beginning with and no doubt that you will achive fantastic shot with it. Look at my gallery or website, most picture were taken with an Ixus 500, a camera not as good as yours.
Do not forget that fotography doesn't stop when your relese the shutter, lost of improvement can be done afterwards with programs like photoshop or the gimp. look at my recent post of sunset for example...

Would like to see this infull color. I am not a big fan of mono-tones, but that is just me.

A great shot actually, need a little bit sharp detailed and bright. Great relfection. If you want a more dramatic, you can try a b/w. Keep up the good work.
