Kaya - Ghost Village

This is what remains of the village of Kaya in South-west Turkey. Until approximately 80 years ago it was inhabited by a Greek Christian community until Turkey and Greece agreed to exchange their religious minorities.
The village has been left to the natural elements causing it to fall into desrepair. Now a tourist attraction filled with intrigue.

Thanks Rachel, I spent the best part of a day here and didn't managed to see everything! Every corner revealed a new vantage point and the various bugs and beasties were incredible. Must go back one day Smile
