This is nicely focused. the tones and the composition make it a sharp photo. I'm just in shock you didn't throw the flowers away before it got to this stage. lol.
Smashing shot. Pretty good lighting, but I'm not keen on the shadow on the right hand side. It might look nicer with either more or less emphasis. The flower just above the bottom on the right looks a bit funny too. This can be fixed with the curves tool in Photoshop. I love the composition and the subject, but the framing could be a bit tighter or more of a wideangle portrait type shot. Please could you tell me which camera and lens you used? (Hope you won't be upset by my comment!)

Thanks for all the comments and votes. It's my first post on PhotoBlog so I'm pleased with the response.
Not upset by your comments at all Stewart! It's always good to have someone elses opinion as sometimes you just can't see it yourself.
I think I used my Bronica ETRSi with 75mm lens.
And 2ugly4words, I'm far to busy photograping to have time for domestic chores!!
Despite the subject, decay, this is a very pretty picture. Well framed and presented. I've just had a look through the competition and in my opinion this is one of the best. Good luck.
