I think if you waited a bit longer till the three figures in the front have gone away this shot would have been much, much better.

I don't have a problem with the three dudes. think it's an interesting point of focus... could have maybe used some clouds. Why, oh god, where there no clouds that night... mother nature is hateful!

i like the blur with the three people (how do you achieve this whist everything else not blured??
great shot that makes you see the beauty of having an ice cream and a nice walk here
great editing apart from the wood left in colour where the window is (left side)

Thanks for your comments people. The blur was achieved by the long shutter speed and the camera being tripod mounted.
