I love this photo, but am not yet ready to rate. Find the photo somewhat grainy in texture. It would benefit from fixing the grain, moire and/or jpeg cleanup. Strange that the full PhotoShop does not have these features, but there is the little Home Edition that does ($50 US)...and perhaps other software that does this. PS does have "despeckle, but it's not as controllable as the little package. If you have a way to try this, do, and I'll come back.

Thanks etfon911 for the comment. I tend not to photoshop my images much. I still am not quite decided on where my lines lies with regards to manipulated pictures. I will try out your suggestion and see how the result looks. I think what i was missing that day was a polarizing filter which might have given me less reflection and better saturation. Its one i keep with me all the time now. I really appreciate any critiques that can lead to better photos next time.
