I was going on to say that the only problem (and you couldn't do anything about it) is the monstrous architecture in the background and the unsympathetic street lighting.

I totally agree. I don't know what goes through some architects' minds. Is it hard to say who is more criminal: the architects themselves, or the people on the council who give planning permission for such edifices.
