This is superb. I would like to know hoe you manged to get the bridget and the sunset correctly exposed at the same time, or did you blend two exposures?
Tophee, I use curves,set midtones then put eyedropper on sky this gives you a point on the graph, anchor either side and then adjust between the points.

I forgot , on this shot it was a long exposure so the bridge and railings were lit firing a half dozen hand held flashes off camera to light the foreground,took about four goes before I got it right.
