It was freezing cold and very windy when I took this shot. It was a very clear night -- you could see for miles. I liked how the bridge was lit and especially how it lit the water under it.
Great shot. To control the flare of the lights use a second layer in Photoshop - but one which has been considerably darkened so the lights are mere points - and paint away the light where it has blown-thru. Nice composition.
