I can never get a good water lily shot. I like the angle of you shot and the composition and clarity is good. However, I feel the brown mouldy leaf detract a little from it. Normally I wouldnt advocate jumping in a public pond and removing the leaf, but as the pond is in your own garden perhaps you wouldnt mind removing it. Richard Crowe Visit My Website
Really great, as lillies go. Usually I don't mind corrupted flowers (I advocate them sometimes, as a matter of fact), but I think I agree the brown leaf's gotta go. Rather than getting your knickers wet, maybe you could clone in one of the other petals in this image.--Chris
