An interesting, if melancholy, image. It is a pity that the bright hut in the centre immediately attracts the eye, taking the attention away from the shoes - which to my mind are a vital ingredient in the picture (perhaps the shoes could be brightened a little to make them more prominent). I would also be inclined to crop the left hand side slightly to remove the object just intruding into the image.
