Nice shot - can almost smell them! Only slight niggle with the shot is that it seems a little oversharpened as there seems to be a lot of tiny specsRichard Crowe Visit My Website
Thanks for the comment Richard. I know what you mean, but I think that the specs are just dirt and dust. (They are unwashed!) There is also a bit of detailing where the light hits the skin of the fruit, but that looks roughly the same as it did when I took the picture. (My overjustification may just mean that you are right though!)

Not necessarily The image is pin sharp, but I agree that the tiny specs I mentioned before are dirt or dust particles. Beacause the image is so clear and sharp I think the dust becomes higlighted a little more. I have found this with brightly lit macro shots I have taken. Any amount of sharpening will show the smallest dust particles even more. Now I feel like a tomato sandwich! (No I dont look like one as well!) Richard Crowe Visit My Website
Now I feel guilty! I usually use an action to resize and sharpen my shots for this site, so they are sometimes a bit overdone. I don't always check properly, so I encourage any comments such as yours. If it looks oversharp, it may as well be. I should probably wash them next time!

Dont feel guilty - feel the closest girl to you, she will appreciate it more. If she doesnt, then give her one of your tomatos! Richard Crowe Visit My Website
