Nigel, I'm lost in big puffy trees! Composition and focus are just right, but I think some more contrast would add a kick in the pants. --Chris

Hi Nigel,
Yes, I tend to agree with Chris's comment. Perhaps it would be interesting to try to have focused on the house and have the trees slighly blurred...to lead the eyes to the house even more. Black & White was a good choice here, maybe even bringing in a little colour to the house may work too. However, I do like the composition and the idea you were aiming for.
Sorry though...the frame doesn't work for me.

I happen to like the frame, so I think that's just a matter of personal taste. I love those pouffy trees. They look like velvet. They're the best kept trees I have ever seen, even better than Disney World. I love this tudor style house and the composition is great. Amanda
