Maybe someone should have a go a hybridising sprouts with something more palatable lol... like chocolate, the kids would eat every morsal!

Hi 'B', they are in the shops up here in the north at the moment, but not for very long. It retains its colour when cooked and tastes somewhere between cauliflower and brocolli, as you would expect. Slightly more expensive than a cauli, but makes a good photographic model before devouring it Smile
