The Turning Torso as it is named is to Malmo as the space needle is to Seattle or eiffel tower to Paris. It dominates the skyline and because it's the only structure of it's size (623 feet)in the area it can be seen from almost anywhere in the city. It's Scandinavia's tallest apartment building.
