I think the patterns, textures, and motion blur are what makes this shot. All that said, I'm not really sure about the contribution of the selective color element.--Chris
Composition is terrific, the contrast and dynamic range are excellent, and the motion blur is (as Chris wrote) what makes the image. I'd lose the red, though. The image is powerful by itself; the selective color detracts from it, in my opinion. (I'd rate it a 9, except for the selective color.) -Brian
