The composition rocks. If there are spots on the neg, they look like they belong on the ground, so no harm. Love the composition you've brought together in this very common scene, not so common now. Only think I'd suggest is cropping out the top foot.--Chris

Thanks guys. It was tricky avoiding the pigeons, and Nelson's column of course! Agree about the foot Chris.
