While this is still a nice black and white, in my opinion it lacks the depths of the un-cropped version. The light and shadows on the water just don't look the same, but hey, that's me. AmandaMy Gallery
Ufff, I don't know... Professor Amanda, taking the tree as the main "character" of this shot, in this one is better, but taking into account the general view and lines of the bridge, which was my initial idea, I prefer the first one. AnaAna
Well, ladies, I still prefer the cropped version. However, I do admit the bridge top does help the mind fill in information about the overall environment better. I tend to go for near-abstract qualities found in the commonplace, and I think this version does that well. Plus there's nice attention drawn about the juxtaposition and interaction of humans and nature.

I can't decide which I like best. I like the other one and thought that the railing gave it a jazzy looking pattern at the top. but I like this ones clean lines as well. Hopefully one can like both for different reason,...can't one? D.
