aw it`s adorable! ..i would cut in until that frame on the wall was gone, but that`s just me...
p.s. would luv to see it in b&w "The poetry of photography will always be more important than the mechanics of the camera..." - J-H. Lartigue
Thanks for the comment, Oly_M. I tried it in B&W, but this one actually works better in color. As for the frame, I think the only option there is cloning it out--which I may yet do. Even if I crop right up to the scarf's edge, I'm still stuck with the frame above the scarf. -Brian
i really like it... it`s the expression on her face..it`s so natural, it totally makes the photo"The poetry of photography will always be more important than the mechanics of the camera..." - J-H. Lartigue
Yes, she wasn't paying any attention to me at all. Still, while I shot more than 200 photos that day, this one was pretty much a lucky grab. It only lasted for a second.
I cloned out the frame, by the way; what's here now is the edited photo.
Thanks, Bridget. Thanks, John. John, I already cloned out a picture frame. To me, the door frame doesn't detract seriously from the photo, though I might try cloning it out at some point. Stewart--don't even go there! I'm sure she will be quite the shopper one day; here in the States, that seems to be everyone's concept of the ideal pasttime. I'd prefer a few years of childhood innocence, though, before she's bitten with that bug. Thank you all for your comments. -Brian
