I love this scene. There are certain tiny elements of is that have me wondering if it's color or monochrome. At first I figured black & white, but then I get to pondering about the rooftop, and I think I see some dim green shrubbery or something, too.--Chris
great shot. i think you're right chris. there is blue about half way up the near boat, the fence on the far shore where it reaches the sea and the immediate shore in front of it, the windows at the rear of the house on the wall we can see.
but it has made me study this picture in greater depth than i might. don't know why, or even how, come to that it has been done. lovely pic though my weddings website
Heck, what an idiot, was in such a hurry toget this uploaded before going out I reduced and sent the wrong image...sorry guys Thanks so much for your comments.'There is no point pressing the shutter unless you are making some caustic comment on the incongruities of life. That is what photography is all about. It is the only reason for doing it.'......Philip Jones Griffiths
Good tonal control. those two figures in the far right add some interest to an otherwise dead area of the image as well. Nicely composed Jogi. john We're off to see the Lizard~~the wonderful (sic) Lizard of Oz~~
