Did this to put in a photo stock library which is short, so they say, of glamour shots!! (Haa! I bet!) This is as far as my husband will let me go, and for everybody else's sake, I totally agree!!! The "curves" are of course, photoshop curves; which I do love, and I am going to use it as my avatar. It IS an attention seeking image, which I am truely apologetic for. However, I do quite like it! I am a traditionalist at heart, hence the black and white. One day, when I get a digital SLR, I will show you that I am not just a pretty face!!! (AAH! oops! you can't see that!!) Only joking!!
Thanks for telling me how to do the avatar thing.....! Now, please, let me just say that there is nothing "saucy" about it!!! The only sauce I have is HP sauce, which I really like..... This image is purely to be viewed from an artistic viewpoint!! Visit My Art Prints Website
Let's say it has a little more ketchup than the last self portrait. The hair points the eye and it is an evocative image without any immodesty. john We're off to see the Lizard~~the wonderful (sic) Lizard of Oz~~
I think this is perfect as glamour. It hints at the sensuality of a human being without becoming a brash display of something intentionally meant to get a base reaction. Well done in composition and black and white control.--Chris
Great self portrait. You may not be intending to create anything too 'saucy' - but I think you have captured yourself in an 'erotically artistic' way. Sometimes we see too much 'HP' and the imagination is left to twiddle its thumbs. Somrtimes, as you have captured here, the imagination is left to wonder as free and wild as the viewer will let it. Each mind therefore sees what it wants to see without the eye actually seeing anything.Richard Crowe Visit My Website
thank you folks...I am really pleased to see you are reading this image in the way I intended......yes, and there is a bit of sauce, but thankfully not too much to spoil the flavour of the...well, I was going to say "meat"...but that sounds a bit fleshy!!! I am glad you like it...it is what I wanted to capture. Aaah! I like being a woman!! And I do love photography!!!Visit My Art Prints Website
