Evening chit-chat

Evening chit-chat

The two birds that face each other silhouetted against the orange sky, and they look as if they were chit-chatting about their wonderful day.

This is quite a fantastic image. Almost too real, too perfect a situation to have happened. I congratulate you on being prepared when the opportunity presented itself.--Chris

Thanks everyone for the comments! Actually I adjusted the levels and increase the saturation of the sky as the original image colour is quite dull.

The color was probably accurate, rather than dull. Canon sensors are famous for producing dead on realistic color rendition, which to the descerning photographer comes out looking a bit bland. The average consumer yearns for ultra-saturated, popping color (like you made this), which is what Nikon sensors are typically designed to produce.--Chris

When I go out taking pictures with my friends(most of them Nikon users), we took the same shot using the same settings but the Nikons turn out to be more saturated and vibrant and they suggested that I increase the saturation, but I'm not sure whether I've overdone it.
