i like this shot a lot. the composition is stunning and the sky looks great and the smoothness of the sand is very appealing. if it were me, i would heed brians advice and give the midtones a boost. lovely shot nonetheless, nice one.

Derek, if you have photoshop, try this. Click Select. Click Color Range. Click Midtones, then ok. Click Select again. Click feather. Set the number to 5 or 10, then click ok. Click layers, then new layer, then curves. Adjust to brighten, then click ok, then select, and finally deselect. --Chris
