Hi Isabelle - I like the noise reduction tool that comes with Paint shop pro. I usually use it on my skies and it gives a very smooth result, but of course its not everyones cup of tea . There are plenty of noise reduction tools out there - its just a matter of playing around to see which one you like best. Of course noise reduction may take away from the image so the result you have above may be fine.
