Renovation was due to start in 2003 but the pavillion caught fire in march 2003 and has declined to its current stae ever since . Its a grade 1 listed listed structure so cannot be dismantled and i suspect the cost of renovation would now cost many more millions than the original renovation cost or 1.5million - Paul
