This is a very interesting shot. I even like the tone. However, I think you're going to have to decide which photo you want in the "Lines" competition. If you review the rules, you'll see that only one photo submission is permitted in the monthly competition. -Brian

This one does have lines, indeed, but I must admit that I don't think about lines when I see this. I think about the 'beyond' part of the title. What's down there in that weird darkness? Is it alive? Can it come get me? I would also be interested in seeing this one in straight black & white. --Chris
