Goose bites hurt. Somewhere, I have an old photo (not scanned in) of a friend being attacked by a male goose who was defending its mate and her nest. The goose flew straight at my friend's head, squawking and attempting to bite. (Fortunately, it did no real damage.) Personally, I give them a wide berth...
This is a nice shot. Well-timed. Focus is a little soft, as Daenna noted, but it doesn't kill the image. -Brian
