I saw this guy washing a statue at the opposite end of a street. I sprinted 200 metres down the street and then dropped to the ground like a sniper in order to fire off this shot. When you see a potential 'decisive moment' you sometimes have to move very fast! The image has been converted to B&W as an example of the rule, "when colour adds nothing to the image, don't use it'. In this case the council worker's shirt was very bright and made him over-dominant, detracting from the point of the image.
