Thanks Brian, He was 3 in this shot..... Helping Papa in the garage with big guy tools. How old is your daughter?

He looks older than three here, at least to me. My daughter's six, and I have taken literally hundreds of photos of her since she was born. Her birth coincided with digital photography's increasing affordability; together, the two sparked a resurgence in my photographic hobby, fueling a level of obsession I haven't felt since I was souping B&W prints in my dad's darkroom when I was a teen. (And believe me, that was quite awhile ago.) Kids are a great subject. -Brian
I prefer to think of it as a passion....my checkbook thinks of it as an obsession!
He does look older than his age, tall too. He has a marvelous face. Kids are great, they come as such nice surprises. They are sunshine and hope embodied. Anyway, hope you and your have a lovely Easter....little girls are such fun to dress up! Get her in a bonnet!... Maggi

well put! ( i prefer to think of it as a passion too... but yes, 'tis hard on the pocket book, and 'time'... it absorbs time like quicksand... )
I really like this black & white! well done"The poetry of photography will always be more important than the mechanics of the camera..." - J-H. Lartigue
